RV parking will be available adjacent to the Avalon. Please indicate on your registration form if you'll be staying in an RV (sorry, no hook-ups, and to be respectful of other RVers — no generators 11pm–9am). RV sites with hookups are available at nearby campgrounds or RV parks.
Unfortunately, the nearest hotels are more than 2 miles from the Avalon. We've tried to arrange group discounts, but found the rates at online sites (e.g. expedia.com, hotels.com, etc.) are better than the offered group rates. Hotels in Boulder are generally expensive, especially since this is the start of the fall term at the University of Colorado. Lower-priced hotels are available further east but would require a longer drive.

Nice tent camping is available in the nearby mountains — search the web for "camping near Nederland," but it's a long drive (45–60 minutes) to the Avalon. Camping at the Boulder County Fairgrounds is ~20 minutes away.
